Who is responsible?

What is stored and why?

We store your email address, registration time, registration source and the wording version and time of any consent. We use this to provide the requested guide and maintain a record of your choices. This is separate from purchasing the ebook through Digistore24.

Optional email tips

The marketing checkbox is optional. Registration does not mean a confirmed newsletter subscription. No marketing will be sent until an email service is connected and your address and subscription have been confirmed.

Storage and access

Registration data is held in the website’s hosted database, using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. The list is accessible only to the site owner. These hosting providers may process data outside your country. We do not publish or sell the list.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent, request access, correction or deletion, or ask how your data is handled by contacting the address above. You can complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Retention

Unconfirmed registrations are reviewed for deletion after 90 days. Confirmed marketing subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, unless another retention obligation applies.
